There have been huge performance improvements in 2004. Entourage vX used to
get quite slow and sluggish when you hit around 1000 mails in a mail folder.
In Entourage, I have several folders with over 10,000 mails - the only slow
down I notice is when I switch from view all to view unread only, then there
is about a 2 second delay. Other than that, selecting, scrolling, even
sorting and filtering is very crisp and smart.
