Title: Re: Replying via Control+Shift+R to HTML Messages
Hello, List --

While this has occurred occasionally in the past, recently, it has started occurring much more often, and is starting to become an irritant:

I receive more and more emails from PC users whose messages are in HTML/Rich Text (i.e. no graphics, no colors, only rich text HTML), and when I highlight part or all of their message and click Control+Shift+R (which, on a non-HTML text message, brings up a reply window with my attribution line at the top and a bulleted copy of the highlighted text below that),  on HTML messages, all that comes up is a blank window (no attribution line, no copied text, nothing at all....). The workarounds that I know of are to bring up the blank window and then manually copy and paste the desired text from the original message (this method then includes no attribution line); or, edit the original message to change it to plain text (thereby losing all formatting, etc.) and then do Control+Shift+R; or, change EntX prefs. to "Include entire message in reply", which does, inexplicably, work on HTML messages, copying all the text in original format and adding in my attribution line, as desired (but, it copies "everything" from the received message, including previous strings that senders may have included at the bottom of their messages, requiring some tedious cutting to clean up my reply message (and I wouldn't want to be forced by default to do that for every message I'm replying to).

So, the question is, if prefs. are set to "Include entire message in reply", why does Control+Shift+R work on HTML messages nearly the same as it does for plain text messages, but without that pref. being set,  Control+Shift+R used on many HTML messages only brings up a blank reply window?? Is this normal, a bug, or just something wrong on my end??
