Title: Secure email
Using ent 2004 OS 10.3.4

I want to have emails between my office manager and myself be secure. Following instructions from Ent help menu, I got a free personal email certificate from Thawte. They didn’t have clear instructions on how to use it. Finally emailed me this:

Hi There
To encrypt email for Panther please follow the instructions below:

Note: For Panther you must use Mozilla. You cannot use Internet Explorer, Safari or Omniweb.

1. Open Mozilla Preferences. (If not already opened)
2. Go to Private and Security.
3. Click Certificates.
4. Click Manage Certificates.
5. Select the Certificate (it is the indented one) and click backup.
6. Now enter a password for this file (like 12345) and save to your desktop for example: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
7. Now double click that file on the desktop. Keychain Assistant will ask for the backup password.  Your certificate will now be in Keychain.

I don’t have Mozilla and will get it if I need, but first wanted to check with you folks. I searched the knowledge base but couldn’t find an article that gives clear basic instructions. Is there? Richard.
