Try the suggestions on the Entourage Help website: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/troubleshoot/rules.html> I should add that there may be some kind of bug in Entourage 2004 with rules, particularly if you have a whole lot. I have nearly 100 rules, and almost as many MLM rules! And I am experiencing some unexplained mis-filing of messages that I have not been able to entirely track down. I have one MLM rule that is supposed to filter a mailing list with a specific address such as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", but instead it is filtering ALL mail from "@theisp.com". I had to turn the rule off. Fortunately the volume from that list is very low, so manually filing it isn't a chore. But there is something not right with rules. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word (MVPs are volunteers) Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Entourage FAQ site: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> AppleScripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://homepage.mac.com/allen_a_watson/FileSharing3.html> Entourage Help Pages: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
