You are talking about a "move/transfer" and "sync". Let's cover the "move"
part first.

There are several ways to accomplish this task, but since you have Entourage
2004, I would use the new Export function. Look under File in the menu bar.
There is an option to export by category. If you assign a category "work"
then this will get all your work mail exported. The file that is created is
a .rge file. This file can be imported into Entourage on another computer.
Another option is to export your projects.

Another way to move a folder is to create an MBOX file of a folder. If you
drag a folder to the desktop, Entourage will create an MBOX file than you
can drag back into Entourage. More on MBOX here:

You also might want to create a custom view of all your work mail then drag
that folder to the desktop.

The ability to sync is another animal all together. One option is to do this
with a shared project in Entourage 2004. Previous versions don't have this
ability, though. See <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/database/sync.html> for
some options on syncing. Using an IMAP account might be your best option.

There are "delete duplicates" scripts that can help.
