If a rule Moves a message to another folder, that option will be greyed out. And in Erage X, running an AppleScript also forces it to be greyed out; that restriction was lifted in Erage 2004. If you want other rules to apply to some of these messages, you'll need to remove the "Move message" action, and add it to a later rule further down in the list.
