Glenda,

I had a small group (6-10) and had a similar compulsion. What I did is use
rules (incoming and outgone) to check the from and to addressees and set a
category of Mary, George, etc. One rule for each name I was tracking. A
message can have multiple categories. Then when I wanted to see everything
sent or received from George, I would go to a custom view that was set up to
display all messages with category = George.

Thus I was free to file the messages by topic or month and yet still be able
to pull up all for a specific individual. This also saved having to copy the
messages multiple times in the database.

My two cents worth,

   Jim
