This is good to know, that there may be a fix. I have experienced the same
problem with Erage 2004 but it hasn't bothered me enough mention it. I
rebuild every 7-10 days now due to it and rebuilding always says the
database is fine afterwards. Despite there being no indication of anything
being wrong with my database in terms of every day use (and it is very heavy
use, many hundreds of messages sent and received per day), I have been
unable to Export all as archive; unable to use the Export Folders
applescript and unable to use Paul's Exp/Imp X script to successfully export
everything. EEA (Entourage Email Archiver), which I have used for a few
years now as a historical database archive also fails. My database hovers
between 400MB and 500MB all the time. The process fails with each of the
above backup methods in different spots each time I try it so I can't even
figure out if it's a specific mailbox causing the problem. Dragging MBOX to
the desktop works 99% of the time when other methods fail, but that is not a
long-term solution at all.

Looking forward to a fix in the future.
