I think several people have already mentioned some of this but it is worth repeating:
There is a known bug in E2004, which results in most or all Entourage keyboard shortcuts ceasing to work. (System shortcuts, such as Cmd-Tab to switch to the previous application, continue to work.) The problem is known; to my knowledge, the cause has not yet been determined. Always, quitting and restarting Entourage restores all keyboard shortcuts. Often, simply using the Dock to switch to the Finder, and then switching back to Entourage (Cmd-Tab, Cmd-Tab) will resolve the problem. Less often, but still worth trying: Occasionally the problem seems to be limited to certain windows within Entourage. Try closing your window and launching a new browser window (Cmd-Shift-Option-N); try your keyboard shortcut. If it works, you're back in business.
