Luckily, they are not deleted with a schedule. You have to select them to
delete.

If the folder designated in the rule is not found, Entourage defaults to the
Inbox.

Couple of thoughts on this...
1.  try making a MLM rule for this and see what happens. If all your mail to
this address goes to one folder, the MLM might be a better way to go. This
would also allow you to assign a rule to those messages. For example "if
subject contains urgent" change category to "urgent".

2. Use "Any recipient" instead of "any to recipient"

Is your new folder named exactly the same as the old one?

Name of rule is not a factor.

It's main purpose is for mailing lists. Many people don't know about it and
it really helps simply rules.
