Group: I am attempting to delegate access to someones account in Entourage 2004. Our Windows admin made the proper changes to the target account (i.e. Allowing access to the root folder, adding users as delegates with at least review permissions, etc.). I then open the account prefs for the delegate users and add our target user to the list. However, nothing is ever synchronized down for the newly added target account.
Is there something that I am missing here? We are using Exchange 2000, so the potential issue with Forms-based authentication would not be present. I also read that SSL could be a problem: > Note: There is a known issue with connecting to delegate accounts when the > machine is on a subnet where SSL is in place. The delegate can be configured, > but Entourage 2004 cannot connect to the delegate account. Microsoft is aware > of this issue, and an incident has been opened on the issue by UMC. I do have the DAV service requires secure connection (SSL)" checkbox clicked... should I turn this off? Any advice appreciated. --Andy -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
