Email, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and the ability to share these between users with a fairly robust rights management system. And also the ability to have public areas, with the same rights mgmt. I realize these can be done with separate applications, and it may come to that, but having them in one location was (is) great. To my knowledge, Novell is the only other OSX app that puts them in one. I dread the possibility of having to switch to that, however, I don't know whether that would be worse, or managing different several applications to almost accomplish this. If anyone has any thoughts on Novell vs. using separate apps, or thoughts on what separate apps would be good to accomplish this, please feel free to email me off-list! Of course, if I just keep putting this off - who knows, I may get the support I need through Entourage!!
