Name it "Change the Subject" - or if you'd like it to have a keyboard shortcut such as control-option-command-C, name it
Change the Subject \comC
To give it a different shortcut read about the shortcut codes in Entourage Help "About the script menu". Don't pick one that's already taken.
Actually that one seems to be taken, sort of. control-option-command-C, like any combination which includes control-C, no matter what other modifiers keys are added, opens the message into its own window. I have no idea why it does that: control-C is not listed anywhere as a shortcut, nor do I have another script with that combo. Also, adding the other modifiers (-option-command) should neutralize it, but doesn't. Best to avoid that one. control-option-command-S does nothing here, so I'll recommend that one (easier to remember too: "S" fir "Subject"). So you could name the script
Change the Subject \comS
