Hi Scott, If the following works, it will be just another workaround, but at least it's one that you could probably ask of clients. Can you drag a top level folder into another top level folder, where it will become a subfolder, without getting the error message? And can you then drag another top level folder into the new subfolder (to become a sub-subfolder)?
