People try to keep track of threads, checking to see if someone else has already answered a question, going back to check earlier, read, messages in the thread after setting Entourage to view all instead of their usual view Unread Only, and so on. Please make it easier for others by making a new subject for a new topic. If you make the Entourage Mac Talk mailing list a contact in your Address Book, then starting a new message to the list is just as easy as replying: Entourage will auto-complete the address for you if you start typing "Ent". You should also set of the list in the Mailing List Manager, under Tools. if you haven't yet: it makes handling list messages much easier. Doing so will also prompt you to make a contact for the list and will do it for you. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP MacOffice Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using - **2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
