Another good place to look is the newsgroup archives.  The newsgroup gets a
lot of traffic, so a lot of questions are answered there.  You can search
the newsgroup archives here:
<http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search>

Enter microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage in the "Newsgroups" field to
limit your search to the Entourage newsgroup.
