But if you make an Outgoing Rule that says that If Any To recipient Contains <Work email address> Then Redirect to <Home email address> It will put a copy of the message, to the home address, in your Outbox. As long as you have regular Send & Receive All schedule operating every so many minutes (and maybe add an occurrence On Quit just in case you forget and quit Entourage without waiting), it will be sent on the next connection.
