Suddenly, <Command-W>, <Command-K>, <Command-N> don't do anything except make the appropriate menu header blink momentarily (Office 2004, trying to toggle the progress windw, trying to send/receive, trying to create a new message in Entourage).
Fortunately, the mouse and menus themselves still work. Has this been reported before, and does anyone have a solution to offer?
