I'm a bit confused about "profiles". Maybe you could explain with more
details.

I know you have recently updated to Entourage 2004. You must IMPORT your
Entourage X identities into Entourage 2004. You can't access info until you
import the data.

You should have two Identity folders in the Microsoft User Data folder.

Office 2004 Identities
Office X Identities

You could conceivably have OE and Entourage 200 along with 2004 and X. They
all live in their own Identity folders.

Entourage expects the MUD folder to be located in your User's Documents
folder. If you move the MUD folder or the Identity folder to a different
location, Entourage will not be able to find your data.
