I'm a bit confused about "profiles". Maybe you could explain with more details. I know you have recently updated to Entourage 2004. You must IMPORT your Entourage X identities into Entourage 2004. You can't access info until you import the data. You should have two Identity folders in the Microsoft User Data folder. Office 2004 Identities Office X Identities You could conceivably have OE and Entourage 200 along with 2004 and X. They all live in their own Identity folders. Entourage expects the MUD folder to be located in your User's Documents folder. If you move the MUD folder or the Identity folder to a different location, Entourage will not be able to find your data. -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
