I've been assured, personally, that all of these messages do get read, noted, and logged in a database; they don't fall into a black hole. The recent service pack fixed many of the problems that were reported after the initial release; I think every serious problem will be addressed eventually. The lack of acknowledgment is unfortunate, and the criteria by which problems are prioritized has always been a mystery to everyone outside the MBU.
