This doesn't seem to presume a match in the identity name. My problem was that I wasn't able to access these settings until today. Following Keith's suggestion, I created a new Palm user called 'Main Identity', switched back to my original user and then it worked. I've just deleted the 'Main Identity' Palm user and syncing still works. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but at least I know what to try if I encounter the issue again. > Most people rename their Entourage identity to their own name Are you sure? I've supported several hundred OE/Entourage users at various sites over the years and less than a handful had switched from the default.
