Hello Remo

Thank you for pointing out how I could backup my certificate from Netscape.
It worked. Diane had previously referred me to
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/smime/index.html
To get detailed instructions. These are clear (thanks, Diane!)

I'm wanting to send and receive encrypted messages with my office manager
who is at a different location, has a PC and uses Hotmail/MSN. Do you know
if there is documentation (similar to the one Diane referred me to) that I
can direct my assistant to for her PC/Hotmail use?

One other question (embarrassing to ask after having used Entourage
discussion forum for such a long time already): I don't know the proper and
efficient protocol for replying to messages in the forum. If I just click
"reply" that includes all the forum messages. What I've been doing is
highlighting the one message and clicking "reply." However that doesn't
include proper subject (subject instead reads " Re: Entourage-Talk Digest -
11/14/04") so I then manually retype correct subject. I'm wondering if there
is a more proper and efficient way to reply to the particular message that
was addressed to me.

Thank you.

Richard
