This is a problem when updating from Entourage X to 2004. See fix here: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/2004.html#new2> Other possible scenarios would be a corrupt preference file, or problems with your ISP. Try this: In your Account->Options Tab, select Allow Online Access. You should now see an icon in the folder window. See: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/glossary/onlineaccess.html> This will allow you to view messages left on your server. After you make sure you have read all messages, delete them from the online view window. Now try a download. Do you get the messages again. Let us know what you find. It would also be helpful if you mentioned which version of Entourage you are using and what version of the OS you have installed. -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
