Thank you very much. This works really well.

Richard,

I think you can have the best of both worlds. In the mailing list manager (advanced tab) there is also a check box and button to have replies always go to the list. Now you will have individual messages and replies will go to the list with the correct subject. When you are not actively looking for replies, I would suggest going back into the MLM and unchecking the burst the digest box rather than unsubscribing. That way your inbox will only have the single digest message as before and you can change it back when you want to actively participate again.

I previous wrote: I don't know the proper and efficient protocol for replying to messages in the forum. If I just click "reply" that includes all the forum messages. What I've been doing is highlighting the one message and clicking "reply." However that doesn't include proper subject (subject instead reads " Re: Entourage-Talk Digest - 11/14/04") so I then manually retype correct subject. I'm wondering if there is a more proper and efficient way to reply to the particular message that was addressed to me.

Diane replied: I suggest you "Burst the digest". Just check this option in the MLM under the Advanced Tab. Now all your messages will be sorted by subject. You can use the new custom Arrangements to view the mail.

I've done so and I understand the value in that. However, if I click "reply" it would go to the individual sender. Seems like there must be a way to set it up that I would click "reply," it would go back to the Entourage list, yet still have the correct subject in subject header. What am I missing?

Also, when digest is burst, obviously more emails in my inbox. Fine when I am looking for a reply. At other times, I would temporarily unsubscribe. Instructions to do so are clear. When I would want to resubscribe, do I send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or something else? Thanks.

Richard
