Hello Remo et al,

Sorry to be late with a response; waiting on some "helpful" emails.
We are always Offline (we always have to approve the connection when
receiving and sending.)
We just received 2 perfect examples. The source of these messages is quite
long. I'd rather send it to you and others who may interested off-list and
report the findings to the list. I'd also like to include PDFs of how the
pages look to us Offline; just so you don't think I'm crazy. I could also
redirect them.
What do you think? We'd love to get your help. Thanks, Nicholas.
