The “From” criteria would be enough. You do not have to say Inbox.

If you add the address to your address book, then it should not get marked as junk. I would do the following:

  1. add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to your address book
  2. assign a category to contact. eg: admin
  3. create a rule

From   is in category    admin

Move message to    Message Client System Reports
