Here is a breakdown of a sample rule:
Execute: if all criteria are met
Folder is Inbox (hotmail)
>From contains [EMAIL PROTECTED]
THEN
Change Status Not Junk E-mail
Set Category None
Copy Message Client System Reports (hotmail)
The “From” criteria would be enough. You do not have to say Inbox.
If you add the address to your address book, then it should not get marked as junk. I would do the following:
- add [EMAIL PROTECTED] to your address book
- assign a category to contact. eg: admin
- create a rule
From is in category admin--
