No, it can't be controlled AT ALL. Paul gave a passionate plea for
Format=Flowed, so I'll add my plea for the ability to control WHERE
Entourage breaks its lines.  LET ME DECIDE!!   If I want lines to break at
74 characters, why not? If I want to override line breaking altogether for a
particular message, why not? It's a simple preference. Eudora has done it
for over ten years. What is so hard that Microsoft can't figure it out?
