Hello All, Did the cleanup and deleted 12,107 old emails for a total of 42,261 emails in Ent 2004.
Ran the Database Utility to compact the Database. Database size was 835.9 MB, after compacting is 617.1 MB. Have not had any quits on selecting a mail message for several days. When you send a message to Microsoft, as part of the Error reporting Process, is a copy kept in Ent 2004 or Office 2004?
