I use Synchronize! Pro X to move back and forth between desktop and mobile Macs. It’s important to be careful not to use ANY Office component on both machines in between synchronizations, because doing so can change something in the MUD. Also, if Office Notifications is turned on on the machine you’re not using, THAT will update the MUD on that machine as well, and when you attempt to run the sync session you’ll be informed that the MUD has changed on BOTH machines.
