Many threads in this community ask about and get replies to questions about how fonts appear when sent to or received from the Windows environment. Recently, Adobe has been touting its new "open type" as the answer to many problems, one of which might, the Scrooge in me says, be "what new revenue streams can we create?"
Is there either experience or expectations that adding such fonts, if they are even afforable, to our Entourage environments (versions from 2001 to present) would work at all or work to improve appearance of fonts in both worlds if Entourage is the email system in play?
