Title: Re: Spinning wheel when composing?
Eric,

I am have this problem as well.  Sure wish I knew how to fix it because it is really irritating!  I rebuilt my exchange account and that seemed to fix it for a while, but the problem is back.  The problem does not occur when I use my laptop.  Go figure.

Cheers,

Don

I’ve actually tried this and it may work for a day but then the issues rearise.  These users are using the Exchange configuration and most mail is kept on the server.

This could be an issue if they have other apps open.

You could eliminate other problems by reducing the size of the database for

testing. Select to leave mail on server while you are testing.

Duplicate the database. Be sure to name so you know which is the orig and

the reduced db.

Do a Custom View to sort mail older than 90 days.

Archive the older mail and delete.

If this works, then continue with archiving off older mail. You still have

easy access by switching Identities to view older mail. If not you will >
y

need to move over any sent mail during the test period.
