Don't use Hotmail. ;-)

It does sound like something introduced by Hotmail. Those are HTML
"entity" codes. Apparently, Hotmail is trying to reply in HTML format
but is failing to identify the message properly as HTML, so Entourage
is displaying it as plain text. Any way to force Hotmail to use plain
text?
