Dear all, Since jan. 2nd i cannot receive emails from my hotmail account with entourage (for mac) anymore. Before this day i never had a problem.
When i go on: send/receive mail the bar on the lower right corner tells me the number of new emails but the program cannot receive them. The error message is always: an unknown error (-50) occured. On the other hand i have no problem sending out emails from entourage. Hotmail service say this is an entourage problem but i am not sure or don't see why there suddenly should be a problem. I thought that maybe hotmail had changed some of their settings over night. But my hotmail account online works without problems. Can anyone help me? Any idea what this -50 error means?
