Hello all,
Posted this to the news group and didn't hear anything maybe someone over here knows...
Let's say I get an invite to a meeting and then the meeting gets updated, I thus have two emails sitting in my Inbox.
For demostration sake let's say the two emails look like this: First one with subject "Test apt", with text in the message saying "test 1" Second one with subject "Updated: Test apt" with text in the message saying "test 2"
If I haven't accepted either invite, I can see both emails with the text as explained above (all as expected). If I then accept the first one called "Test apt", the apt goes into my calendar still as expected.
However, my problem is that from this point on if I try to display the
second message, subject "Updated: Test apt", Entourage doesn't really
display it. Entourage displays the contents of the first message. The subject displays "Updated: Test apt", however everything inside the message is from the first message. Entourage tells me "You have
accepted this invititation" and the text says "test 1" even though the
message really has "test 2" in it.
In otherwords, I have two messages in my inbox: message 1: Subject: "Test apt" message 2: Subject: "Updated: Test apt" however no matter which one I select they both have the text "test 1" in them.
I have verified that the second message really has "test 2" in it by going into OWA and looking at the message. In OWA I see the second message as expected.
If I then go to my calendar and delete the entry from my calendar, then go back to the Inbox, select the message "Updated: Test apt", I can then magically see the updated message with the text "test 2".
it's almost as if the calendar entry in my calendar is somehow overriding the message in my Inbox.
Does anyone have any ideas about this?
