She may have set it up, or it may have been done for her by an EarthLink
installer. I'm surprised that none of her other recipients are having
trouble as the Reply-To header is quite common and well-supported.

What email program is she using? It shouldn't be hard to give instructions
on how to remove the header.

In the meantime, when viewing her messages, choose Message > Reply To Sender
(or Option-Command-R).
