Hello all.
I just upgraded to 2004 and I seem to be having a problem sorting my mail. Though the messages are grouped by day, I am unable to make the most recent message appear at the top of a group without clicking the sort tab. Is anyone else having this problem?
Explore the use of Custom Arrangements. There you can specify how to group, how to order the groups and how to order messgaes within the groups. Very powerful and useful.
