Depending on the size of your database, you can burn to either a CD or a DVD. If you need to back up more information than will fit on a single CD or DVD, you can use Disk Utility to create a compressed disk image of your information. You can also use the Finder to compress files (select a file and choose File > Create Archive). You can burn these compressed images and files to a CD or DVD, or copy them to another backup location. > > > When I do back it up how do I use the same DVD or cd-r ? > I thought once you placed files on them you could not do that again on the > same DVD or cd-r. In Toast you can select to burn a session. This will allow you to burn again on the disk. -- Diane Ross, Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> Entourage Blog <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> lists the EHP as one of the top five resources. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
