Glad you got the answer :)

I don't know what that extension does, other than (as Paul points out) it is
probably something to do with Quark Express)

However, this page:
Pescados Software - QXPScriptingAdditions Patch
<http://homepage.mac.com/julifos/soft/qxpsa_patch/>

Implies that the extension is installed with Quark Express v6, and has
problems with other terms in it's dictionary as well.

You can probably leave it out safely enough, if you are not using any Quark
supplied scripts with QXP6
