For me, this exploit is blatantly obvious because I use a monospaced font, I
can see it pretty well, if it were monaco, even better, but that cant happen
:-(

While your trick is handy, it does not apply to html, which as far as I
know, is the only way to even perform this exploit, it could be in a url or
a image, both of which are cosmetically hiding the real url.
