This was a move from Outlook in Microsoft Office 2000 SP-1 and Windows 98 to Enrourage 2004 on Mac OSX 10.3.7

 a) Download nad install the Mozilla Suite or Thunderbird (stand-alone
 email app.)

 b) Startup Mozilla and Import from Outlook.

 c) In the Application Data/Mozilla/Mail folder you will have a series
 of files: In and In.toc, Drafts and Drafts.toc etc ....

d) Copy the containing folder to the Mac (network, CD, zip it and mail it ... )

 e) Open the folder on the Mac. Delete all the .toc files and rename
 the other files like this:  In -> In.mbox, Out -> Out.mbox etc)

 f) Entourage can imbport these .mbox files

 Now, all you need is your address book.

 1) On the PC, choose Export from the file menu.

 2) Choose Export to a file

 3) Choose Comma-delimited (WIN)

 4) Export at copy the resulting .csv file to the Mac

 5) From Entourage, import the .csv file

 6) Align the different fields and click import.

:)


You'll notice that you've lost all your contact categories (if you had any).
Also the contact notes have lost their carriage returns. And why do you say
"all you need is you address book"? Some people also need their calendar,
tasks and notes from Outlook.

There are ways to get all those missing items.
