The worst mistake I've personally seen in the JMF is that it allows Phishing
emails "from" various banks (none of which I use), PayPal,eBay, etc. to come
thru. Otherwise, it has blocked nearly 100% of the porn and medicine ads
without any significant amount of false positives. It catches about 40% of
my daily email. 

And you CAN "train" it to avoid false positives by adding an address to the
address book.
