Thanks Paul. Seems like a lot of work. I was hoping for some easy way to move a project from "active" to "inactive" without losing all the associated stuff.
I shared a project with a new identity I created called "project archive" via my iDisk. I'll spend some time with that to see if I can make it work. I'm worried that once I delete a project, it'll be deleted in the other account as well. I haven't been able to figure out how to do an archive (like in Outlook where you can schedule it.) The Ex-Im approach seems a little labor intensive for daily workflow management.
