That way, you could have a project archive folder for finished projects, and I could group projects pertaining to different areas of my life all together in their own separate folders as well (my kids' college stuff, projects for work, plans for vacation, whatever). Right now it's getting somewhat cluttered, and I'm not even using the thing to its potential.
