That's because you didn't say which version of Entourage you have, and Kyle
assumed it was 2004. In fact, you have 10.1.6. "Forward As Attachment"
exists only in 2004. One of 100 reasons to upgrade.

In X, make a new message (or select just a line of text to forward), then
drag the original message into he new one as an attachment. It will arrive
intact at the recipient wit the dragged HTML message (including _its_
attachment) appearing inline as part of the message.
