I've never seen an answer for this issue. I've got a machine which repeatedly downloads multiple copies of emails. If the user deletes the mail it comes back a few minutes later. I have deleted and recreated the profile. If I look at the mail account using Outlook 2k3 on a PC or using Outlook Web Access the multiple mails do not appear.
IS THIS A KNOWN ISSUE AND HAS ANYONE FOUND AN ANSWER FOR IT? Thanks!
