Why are you replying to a message entitled ".rge"? Your question has nothing
whatsoever to do with the .rge extension for Entourage Archives. When you
want to ask a new question to a mailing list, please start a new thread with
a new subject. I expect that you couldn't be bothered to copy and paste the
mailing list's email address into a new message's To field. You shouldn't
even have to with Entourage - the address should auto-complete for you,
especially if you have made the list a contact in the Address Book, but even
if not. The very people you hope will go to the trouble to answer your
question depend on following threads, and might even skip reading someone
else's "response" if the question (on ".rge" in this case) has been answered
already.

There are two ways to approach what you want. For printing, you can do it
only a month at a time. set the Calendar to view by Month (click Month
button). Find the month you want by clicking the arrows or by Calendar
menu/View Date. Then select Calendar menu/List. You will get an ordered
and well-formatted list of the events for the month, in chronological order,
which will print. (It will also include the tasks for the month at the end
of the list.)

To _view_, but not print, ALL events, from the beginning of time to the end:

For Entourage X you'll have to make your own "All Events" custom view - in
Entourage 2004 that comes built in. Go to File/New/Custom View, and enter
the following values. Note that you'll have to _uncheck_ Messages in Item
Types.

Name: All Events

Item Types: Calendar events [only]

Criteria: Match <if ANY criteria are met>

    <Category> <Is> <None>
    <Category> <Is not> <None>

Click OK. In the Custom Views area (6th icon at upper left of the main
window), click on this All Events custom view. Wait for all items to
assemble. If not already sorted by date, click on the Date column header.
(Click again if you want most recent at top).

Note that recurring events appear only once - at their first occurrence.

I note that you have never updated your copy of Office v. X from 10.1.2. You
should go to the MacTopia website <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/> and
download the Office 10.1.6 updater. You might also want to check out the
Office 2004 Test Drive - there are a lot of improvements, including printing
the calendar.

PLEASE always state which version of Microsoft Office you are using -
**2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions
otherwise.
