Or if you're going to be doing a lot of this, consider zipping the files
instead.  The Windows recipients won't have to install Expander (which they
might not be allowed to do in a business environment anyway).

Depends on whether it's worth it to you though.  In order to zip files,
you'll have to use third party software.  The full Stuffit package, which
includes DropZip, is costly, but for $20 you can get ZipIt:
