I used to do a similar thing, create a rule for each person whose mail I wanted to store in a folder. It was so hard to manage and contained many old email addresses that were no longer in use. I replaced them all with one rule which gets activated when the messages has a certain category. For me that's "Store Name". This category is on the contact in the address book and gets put on the message automatically. It runs an AppleScript which will store the message in a folder based on the person's name in the address book. It will also create the folder if it does not exist. I also have the same rule on outgoing messages. Now I don't have to manage many rules. I have a similar rule for the category "Store Company", which stores based on the company name. -- Matthew Smith -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
