Export-Import Entourage (get both "X" and "2001" versions, the same code will work on both) can do so - read the "Synching.rtf" document in the X package (it's more accurate than the 2001 version of the doc which has not been corrected). But it's rather cumbersome - you wouldn't want to do it more often than once a week or so. That's for contacts, calendar, tasks, notes.
