Title: Re: Signatures
But Louise wants it to appear at the bottom!  That means that she needs to select the option to "Prefix my replies with internet-style attribution."

Hi Louise Stewart

Try Edit....Preferences....Mail & News...Reply & Forward...Under Mail Attribution, check Prefix my replies with short header-style attribution lines. This should move your signature to the top of a reply.

I have a minor annoyance and don’t know how to solve it. When I forward or reply to a message, the signature appears above the message and not at the bottom. So, I either have to delete it and paste it at the bottom of the message, or just delete it all together. How can I get it to appear at the bottom of the message? I’m on the Entourage from Office 2001.

Louise
